Torege Care Plans is a service plan that gives you peace of mind. When you purchase Torege products, you will get industry-leading protection. If there is a problem with our sunglasses or lenses, no problem.

Our sunglasses enjoy a lifetime craftsmanship warranty and free replacement service. Our eyewear experts are at your service. It also includes a lost and damaged replacement service plan. If your sunglasses are lost unintentionally, we provide a very low discount price (processing fee), and customers can get a brand new pair of sunglasses. Or if your sunglasses frames or lenses are damaged for any reason, you can also apply to us for the CARE PLANS service to get a brand new pair of sunglasses at a very affordable price.

Lost and damaged replacement service plan

How does the replacement plan work?

If your sunglasses, snow goggles, snow goggles lenses, anti-blue glasses or sunglasses frames or lenses are damaged for any reason, you can apply for a new pair by submitting a request through the online process of the replacement plan. If you lose your stolen sunglasses or Blu-ray glasses, you can also use the same process to submit a replacement request.

Proof of purchase may be required to make a replacement request. You may also need to provide photos of damaged items.

All replacements require a processing fee. According to the shipping address of the replacement item, the following processing fees will be charged:

  • US: $8.9
  • UK: GBP13
  • AU: AUD24
  • Other: $17.9

What items does the plan cover?

TOREGE replacement plan covers products bought from torege.com official website, official Torege Amazon store or other Torege authorized retailers or partners after May 1, 2021. This replacement plan also covers lost sunglasses, ski goggles and Blu-ray glasses.

What items are not covered by the plan?

This replacement plan does not cover lost or stolen prescription glasses (please refer to the prescription policy for the scope related to prescriptions), intentional damage or disposal, nor does it cover accessories, mysterious matches, or product activities obtained through promotions. Items purchased from resellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by the replacement plan.

Is there a limit to the number of replacements under this plan?

Yes. As long as there is a source of goods, you can only get two replacements for the same purchased items. IF your product style has been sold out or discontinued, you will get another product with a similar or reasonably equivalent style determined by TOREGE.

How does the lifetime warranty plan work?

If your sunglasses, snow goggles, snow goggles lenses, anti-blue glasses or sunglasses frames or lenses are defective due to manufacturing process, you can apply for a new pair by submitting a request through the online process of the Lifetime warranty program.

Proof of purchase may be required to make a replacement request. You may also need to provide photos of damaged items.

What does this warranty cover?

This lifetime warranty ("Warranty") covers TOREGE sunglasses, blu-ray glasses, snow goggles, prescription glasses frames, all accessories, wearable devices, and snow goggles, as well as all accessories purchased from bought from torege.com official website, official Torege Amazon store or Torege authorized retailers or partners ("Covered items").

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not include prescription lenses. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, or damage caused by any other reason other than defects in materials or workmanship. Items purchased from resellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by this warranty. In addition, according to the terms of this warranty, the resulting and accompanying damage cannot be recovered. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or indirect damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

How long is the warranty valid?

This warranty will be valid as long as you are the owner of the goods covered by it.

How do you submit a warranty claim?

In order to be eligible to replace your warranty items under this warranty, you must submit a claim through the warranty claim process on the Torege website. If you purchased the covered item from an authorized Torege retailer or partner, you may need to provide proof of purchase to submit a claim. You may also need to provide photos of the claimed damage to the item.

What will TOREGE do?

TOREGE will evaluate your submitted warranty claim. If TOREGE determines that the damage to your covered item is caused by defects in materials or workmanship, TOREGE will replace your item free of charge, and the style and color are the same, provided that there are available supplies. If your product style has been sold out or discontinued, you will get another product with a similar or reasonably equivalent style determined by TOREGE.

There is no shipping and/or processing costs for submitting or letting TOREGE fulfill your warranty claim.

How does state law apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

60 days risk-free try on

We provide 60 days to test our products risk-free. You can test our products within 60 days, if you don't love them by then, you can pass Torege.com applies for a refund and then send them back, and we will refund their cost in full.

We provide completely free return and exchange services for most goods within 60 days of purchase. *To start a return or exchange, please visit: toregeeyewear.returnscenter.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label so that you can return any unwanted items. After selecting the item to be returned, you can choose to purchase a new item immediately in the store or get a refund. If you choose "Shop Now", you will receive an instant credit limit of the full retail value of the returned item in order to purchase other items on the website — additional discounts cannot be obtained through "Shop Now".

If you choose a refund or store credit, when Torege receives the return, it will be returned to the original payment method or store credit via an electronic gift card.
