SERVICE: Torege'S Guaranteed For Life
Torege builds a 100% trust by providing lifetime warranty service to all its customers. If your Torege eyewear has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back on the water as soon as we can.If you need to file a warranty claim, Torege has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. At this time, the warranty evaluation process takes 2-3 weeks. Once we receive the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the broken piece or the entire eyewear depending on the circumstances(a small fee may apply to orders outside of the US). Please see the note and Torege's CARE PLANS below for the composition of the warranty claim .
Costa's Sunglass* Limited Lifetime Warranty
We warrant Torege sunglasses against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
All Torege sunglass are covered with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover any damages that are not due to a defect in materials or workmanship including (but not limited to) damages caused by:
(1). normal wear and tear (including scratches and abrasions);
(2). unauthorized modifications or repairs;
(3). loss or theft;
(4). accident, abuse or improper storage;
(5). improper application of chemicals and cleansers.
(6).Warranty service is only available to the original purchaser and is only available to US residents (see our dealer page for international warranty claims).
Torege will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any product determined by Torege to have a manufacturer's defect.
If your product does not meet the warranty terms of service, you can still get the product warranty service through payment.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:

We are stoked to launch our all new line snow goggles as well as to get you safely shredding life in forward motion. Our goggles are offered with a lifetime warranty, which includes defects in materials or manufacturing. What Isn't Covered:
(1).Lifetime warranty does not mean a lifetime of a person but a lifetime of the product (3 seasons)
(2).Normal wear and tear
(3).Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
(4).Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
(5).If you’re not the original owner of the product
How long does the warranty process take?
Our typical claim processing time is approximately one to two weeks. Any incorrect, incomplete, or absent information entered by the customer is not the responsibility of Torege Eyewear and will result in a delay of processing.
For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Torege Eyewear. Torege Eyewear is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Torege Eyewear reserves the right to deny or refuse any claim.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If you want to submit a Service Request in our Aftersales Portal please follow this link, for USA, Canada and US Special Territories.
Upon the receipt of the service request, Torege will assess within the next 5 business days if your product is covered by one of Torege’s Limited Warranties.
Please note Torege Sunglasses lenses and frames and Torege Optical Eyeglass frames must be returned for Limited warranty service.

Upon the receipt of the service request, Torege will assess within the next 5 business days.
Repair service is based on component parts availability (at the moment only lenses and nose pads are available for Torege models inside US and Canada market) and assessment of the product. If it’s not possible to proceed with the repair, we can always offer you a frame replacement (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style) or a coupon to be redeemed on torege.com.
if your product is not covered by one of Torege’s lifetime Warranties, you will receive an offer via email including details on the costs to perform a repair service (component part cost plus applicable tax fee and which include shipping and handling) or to provide the frame replacement (30% off current retail price). You will not be required to ship your sunglasses prior to receiving the offer.
