Standard Shipping & Process Times

We want to make sure you get the perfect pair of Torege Sunglasses at the fastest time, once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. Processing is from the time you place your order to the time it is shipped. We process orders Monday-Friday.

  • Order processing time: 3 Business days

  • USPS First Class (Standard) Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days.

  • FedEx shipping takes 2 business days. This FedEx option doesn't deliver over the weekend.

Free return shipping for all qualifying orders.

Shipping Policy:

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days within the US. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled. Here are a few of the top questions and answers to save you time.

My package is Lost, Broken, Or Stolen.

If a package is shipped but not scanned within 7 business days, the package is considered lost or stolen. Once you reach that mark, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a new package. If an item is out of stock, we have a solution for you.

Replacement Request

Return Policy:

The Torege.com return policy is simple. Within 60 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Torege Sunglasses in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 60 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Form

Follow these steps to submit a return:

  1. Visit https://toregeeyewear.returnscenter.com and complete our online return request form.

  2. Print out the pre-paid return label that you will receive through email within 2 business day of your request and attach to the box.

  3. Take your package to your nearest UPS location. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.

  4. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.

  5. We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through Torege.com at this time.
