What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all Eyewear and accessories sold or distributed by Torege or its authorized resellers.


What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches and abrasions

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Loss or theft

Accident, abuse, or improper storage

Improper application of chemicals and cleansers

 

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

This warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to you and continues for one year.

If you need to file a warranty claim, go to our warranty form to start the process and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.


Submit a Warranty Claim

you should create an account and then visit our Customer Care Service to begin the Warranty or Repair Program process. Follow the steps through the Customer Care Service and after completion, print the shipping label.  We advise using USPS priority mail as they provide a tracking number for your shipment.

Your warranty covers: lost, stolen, scratch lenses, frame damages, broken frames, and manufactured defects.

No, Replacements must be the same color as the original purchase order

 

No, Warranty replacements must get shipped to the same shipping address as the original purchase order.

 

All warranty claims are processed between 4 to 10 business days and shipped by USPS standard mail.

Domestic shipping: 5-7 business days
International shipping: 10-30 Business days

 

You can make up to 1 claim for general damages, loss, damage and theft, once this 1 claim is exhausted, your sunglasses are still covered by a lifetime warranty, but only for the natural occurrence of manufacturer defects.

Also included is a Lost and Damaged Replacement Service Program where if your sunglasses are accidentally lost, we offer a very discounted price (handling fee) where customers can get a brand new pair of sunglasses. Or if your sunglasses frame or lens is damaged for any reason, you can also apply for our CARE PLANS service to get a brand new pair of sunglasses with very low processing.
