We know you are a passionate driver of Torege, Does something need a tweak? Don’t worry, you have a 60-day warranty for those minor fixes. We understand that if you just can’t keep them, you also have those 60 days to get them back to us. Here’s how: Go ahead and register our returns page, toregeeyewear.returnscenter.com to generate a return label and shipping instructions. Then use those instructions to ship off your return to HQ.
Please note that you have 60-days from your purchase to exchange or return the merchandise in like-new condition!

Exchanges

All exchanges can be handled on the website! We listed the link with detailed instructions below. If you want some help picking something out, let us know at support@torege.com! However, if you still want an exchange, follow the instruction below (We have also listed them below): toregeeyewear.returnscenter.com
-Just enter the email you used to place your order, and click, "Find Your Order."
-Once you clicked, we'll send you an email to initiate the process.
-We'll ask you a few questions about why you are exchanging the item.
-Then we'll issue you a return label.
-Once you finish the steps on your end, you are immediately issued a store credit, feel free to shop with that!
When we get your items back to the office, we'll go ahead and issue you a refund of the remainder of the credit!

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all Eyewear and accessories sold or distributed by Torege or its authorized resellers.


What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches and abrasions

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Loss or theft

Accident, abuse, or improper storage

Improper application of chemicals and cleansers

 

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

This warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to you and continues for one year.

What Will Torege Do?

We will exchange or replace your defective products.

If you need to file a warranty claim, go to our warranty form to start the process and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.


Submit a Warranty Claim

We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Processing of orders takes approximately 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Sunday will usually ship out on Monday or Tuesday.


If you ordered FedEx 2 Day shipping, please allow for 1 business day of processing to get your package out the door. Once your package has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 business days.


During sale events and promotions, please allow up to 4 full business days for us to get your order out. Rest assured our team will be working hard to get all orders out!

Go to https://www.torege.com/pages/repair-program and submit a request for your replacement. Make sure to include your Name, Order # and Batch.

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered with your order.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and add support@torege.com to your safe sender list. If you accidentally mistyped your email with your order or can't find the order confirmation email, you can contact us directly to get the status of your order.

Checking Your Order Status In Your Account
If you have an account, you can also check your order status by signing in to your account on our website. If you checked out as a guest, this information will not be available on our site, but you’re welcome to contact us and we'll get the information for you.

Shipping

Processing time varies between 1-3 days before the order is shipped.

There are couple of reasons:

Day/Time ordered

Orders placed after 11 am PST Monday-Friday, and on weekends or holidays,wil start processing the next business day

 Type of shipping

Free Shipping in US 4-6 Business Days after processing

Express Shipping in US 2-4 business days after processing
International Shipping  10-20 business days depending on the country where you're in.

I forgot to add my email to my order, can I add it from the text updates?

Forgot to add your email at checkout? No worries, you can add it to your order through the text updates you’ve been getting! Just follow the steps below.

To track your order status via email follow these instructions:

~Jump into your text messages

~Find the text from Torege Eyewear with your order number

~Click the link with the text confirmation

~Scroll to where it says, "Order Updates," then enter in your email

Then make an account so this doesn't happen in the future, follow the instructions below:

~Go to this page: https://www.torege.com/account/register

~Enter your information, and click, "SIGN UP"

~Then you will get a verification email to confirm it is you!

I entered the wrong billing address at checkout! Can I change it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit it outside of processing a payment! As long as your payment went through, you should be good to go.

Please just double-check that everything is correct with your shipping address! If not, shoot us an email at support@torege.com.

 


I just placed my order. Can I edit my items?

Unfortunately, we cannot add or remove anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for any new items.

 


I get an error message when I enter my shipping & billing addresses. What's the problem?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing, or shipping address.
