Torege Repair Policy

Torege Repair Policy - Torege® Eyewear

Torege builds 100% trust by providing lifetime warranty service to all its customers. If your Torege eyewear has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them. If you need to apply a warranty claim, Torege, at its sole discretion, must first determine the manufacturer's defect.

The warranty evaluation process may take 2-3 weeks. Once we receive the damaged item, we will determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the broken piece or the entire eyewear depending on the case (a small fee may apply to orders outside of the US).

If your product needs a repair, you may submit a service request by following this link. Please note if you live outside the USA and Canada and want to submit a Service Request, please contact us: support@torege.com

Upon the receipt of the service request, Torege will assess within the next 5 business days.

Repair services are based on the availability of components. Currently, only lenses and nose pads are available for Torege models in the US and Canadian markets. If it is not possible to continue the repair, we can always offer you a replacement frame (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style) or a coupon that can be exchanged for torege.com.

If your product is not covered by one of Torege's lifetime warranties, you will receive an offer by email that includes detailed information about repair costs (cost of components plus applicable tax fee, including shipping and processing) or frame replacement (30% discount from the current retail price). You should not need to send your sunglasses before receiving the offer.

Torege takes care of his customers. We try to provide you with comfort and safety as much as possible. You can read about our other services in this article:
