We want you to be as happy wearing your Torege as we are making them.  Do you have small problems with your Torege sunglasses that need to be fixed? Remember you have a 60-day warranty for those minor fixes.

We understand that if you just can’t keep them, you also have those 60 days to get them back to us. Here’s how: Go ahead and register our returns page, https://torege.returnscenter.com/, to generate a return label and shipping instructions. Then use those instructions to ship off your return to HQ :)

Please note that you have 60-days from your purchase to exchange or return the merchandise in like-new condition!


Start A Return

Your gear can be returned within 60 days of your eyewear date for a Refund, Store Credit, or exchange* (US  ONLY).

All products returned need to be in original condition, with tags still attached.

If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, flick us an email at support@torege.com with your order number along with photos of the fault/ damage so we can sort it ASAP! Postage costs & Duties are non refundable for international orders.

Received a gift with purchase? If you return all or part of your order for a refund you will need to send us back the gift in the same condition as above. For any reason the gift isn’t returned we may deduct the full retail cost of the item from your refund.

 

Once We have received your package, your return will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email by address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.

All exchanges can be handled on the website! We listed the link with detailed instructions below. If you want some help picking something out, let us know at support@torege.com! However, if you still want an exchange, follow the instruction below (We have also listed them below): toregeeyewear.returnscenter.com
-Just enter the email you used to place your order, and click, "Find Your Order."
-Once you clicked, we'll send you an email to initiate the process.
-We'll ask you a few questions about why you are exchanging the item.
-Then we'll issue you a return label.
-Once you finish the steps on your end, you are immediately issued a store credit, feel free to shop with that!
When we get your items back to the office, we'll go ahead and issue you a refund of the remainder of the credit!

I need help with doing my return.

If you cannot complete returns and exchanges online, please contact us at support@torege.com and we will provide you with dedicated customer service.

Reach out to our Happiness Team via our Contact Us form with your order number or the full name or email address that was used to place the order.

Tell them what you'd like to return and what you'd like to exchange it for, along with your shipping address, and we'll take care of the rest.

Need help figuring out how to start a return?  Here are some step-by-step instructions!

Before we begin, there are just a few things you will need:

Access to that email


If you believe you only entered a phone number at checkout or forgot which email you provided, no worries! Contact our customer support via email or phone.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.


On the right-hand side of the page, under the ‘Support’ column, click the ‘Shipping and Returns’ link second word from the top.


Once, click the ‘let's get started!’ button you will see this page. Just as it says, it’s time to check ‘yo’ email!


Once you found the email, you will see the following with a prompt to get the start of the return. Go ahead and click the link! 


Select the items in which are going to be returned. Also, select the reason for which they are being returned. This helps our support team a butt load to help with making our products the best they can be!


Once the return is confirmed, this page will appear. Download the return label by clicking the left-hand side link, print out the slip, and tape it on the box to send it back!
