What to take for fishing?

A true fisherman goes fishing anytime whether is winter or summer. He knows what to wear and what to bring. What if you were a freshman in fishing, who decided to spend time outside with family and friends. Here is a checklist that helps you in your first fishing time.

What to bring

- Fishing license. (depending on your age)
- Cash for paying for any purchases
- Hand towel
- Any over-the-counter medicine for seasickness (better consult to your doctor)
- Ice Chest to transport fish home fresh.
- Camera: sure, you would love to take on the picture of your catch.
- Life jacket for non-swimmers
- Rod and reel
- Bait
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Fish ticker/size guide

Safety

- Sunglasses. It's very important to wear sunglasses which has complete full-spectrum UV protection, including UVA, UVB, and UV400 wavelength. High-quality sunglasses can protect your eyes from harmful sunlight which reflects in the water.
- Hat. One of the necessary accessories for protecting your skin.
- Sunblock (30+ SPF) Thoroughly cover your face, neck, and ears; and any other exposed skin.

Winter

- Base layer has to keep warm and let the sweat out. Fleece fabric is usually used for the warm base layer.

- Long sleeves and pants
